Our beautiful
sanctuary is available for you to
have friendly group experiences and meaningful religious ceremonies,
especially at times of birth, making commitments to another for the
rest of your life, and giving thanks and celebrating the lives of
loved ones who are no longer with us; all in the context of
affirming our trust in God who is known to us in Jesus the
Christ.
The Narthex
area, the lovely space before one
enters the sanctuary, is a place for friends to gather before and
after worship to share words of congratulations and condolences,
words of well-wishes and of support, to share memories and upcoming
events, to share hopes and fears -- in short, the stuff of
life.
The James E. Rolfing Memorial
Chapel provides a quiet, private
spot for special prayers and meditation.
The Ruth Fayerherm Memorial
Library is a gracious room for
study and pastoral support in times of need. It also provides a
warm, comfortable venue for meetings and quiet
conversation.
The Fellowship Hall is the church's "family room" where dinners and
other social events are held, and where we gather after Sunday
services for coffee and fellowship. At one end of the hall is
the church's large kitchen, and at the other end is a raised,
curtained stage for theatrical and musical
events. |
